The owner of the online store 92 Layers (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is 92 Layers OÜ (registration code 16938659), located at Mulla 4-6, 10611, Tallinn, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Contract, Product, and Price Information The sales conditions are valid for purchasing goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The fee for delivering the goods is added to the price. All prices of the goods sold in the Online Store are in euros. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.

Placing an Order To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method. Then the total fee will be displayed, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods: Bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele Pay later solutions: Inbank pay next month, Inbank split into parts, Inbank hire purchase Visa/Mastercard card payments Apple Pay Google Pay NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank’s page. Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying via a bank link and in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB when paying by credit card. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount due to the Online Store’s bank account. The owner of the Online Store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Montonio Finance UAB. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity and the paid money (including the delivery costs of the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

Delivery Goods are shipped to all countries of the European Union. The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: DPD, Omniva, Itella SmartPost, Venipak. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Domestic shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside of Estonia takes place within 14 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days is reserved.

Right of Withdrawal After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods as allowed for testing the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods. To return the goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted and sent to the email address hello@92layers.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the seller. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within this period. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract. The Online Store may withhold refunds until the goods that are the subject of the contract have been received back or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.

Right to Submit a Complaint The Online Store is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for deficiencies that were present at the time of delivery of the goods and which become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery of the goods. Refuting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store. The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months at the latest by sending an email to hello@92layers.com in case of a defect. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer. If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees incurred under the sales contract. The Online Store responds to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to the transport service companies to deliver the goods. The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to the email address hello@92layers.com. If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the European Consumer Centre. The conditions for proceedings and submission of applications can be found here. The European Consumer Centre is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
